Gravity update par avion

23 Sep

Juan-Luis has managed to meet not only my fangirlish devotion to Alfonso Cuarón, but also my love for postcards.  Juan-Luis Sanchez is a visual effects artist, writer, and photographer… who has been working on Gravity for nearly 14 months, about the same amount of time he’s devoted to his postcard project.  We learn that work was halted a bit after the film’s release was pushed to 2013, but his post so much more.  Says Juan-Luis:

This card was to update everyone on ‘Gravity,’ in the form of an imagined conversation with a non-industry family member, an aunt or cousin whom you see once or twice a year.

Visit Juan-Luis’ blog/project for the full text (spoiler free, no worries).
